“If we wait for the moment when everything is ready, we shall never begin.”


This week’s latest podcast is the story of how and why we began this podcast last year.  As we begin again in 2019, we want to reiterate to you our mission.  We believe that everyone should have a “Rookie” mindset.  An attitude of humility, open-mindedness, and a willingness to learn is what has and is shaping our businesses in our local real estate market.

If you think you know it all, you can’t be taught anything.  And believe us, there’s a lot to learn in this business.  You see it’s not all just about Real Estate.  What we really need to learn is how to work with and serve people.  It’s the human element that makes this business so much fun!  Too many people see it as simply a way to make money.  What we want you to see this Real Estate business as is a way to connect with and love people in a genuine, authentic way that they won’t get with just any realtor or vendor of real estate services.

It’s true.  People won’t care how much you know until they know how much  you care.  This attitude of humility is absolutely critical  to running a successful business.
